Brand growth on target for DCP

VP of retail sales and marketing explains what's coming up through 2008 in a new Open to Question.
Disney Consumer Products is expecting to drive growth from all of its major sectors this year.
Mike Connolly, DCP's VP of retail sales and marketing for UK and Ireland, told Licensing.biz that the firm had not suffered from the increased competition in the UK licensing market, instead seeing its brands grow. Disney Princess, for example, saw global revenues rise from $3bn in 2006 to $4bn in 2007.
