Workshop manual publisher Haynes has rolled out the latest offering in its licensed portfolio, a technical manual for the USS Enterprise from Star Trek.

Fully authorised by brand owner CBS Consumer Products, the USS Enterprise Owners' Workshop Manual features more than 80 new cutaways, CGI renders and other diagrams detailing the various Enterprises and key technologies such as transporters and travel at warp speed.

The book combines text with artwork, including classic Haynes black and white cutaways, plus photographs and other diagrams. A brief operational history for each Enterprise is also included to accompany the artwork.

Michael Okuda, who spent 20 years working on Star Trek TV series and films, served as technical consultant on the project. He, along with Denise Okuda, has also provided the foreword.
