The Giochi Preziosi Group is aiming to attract thousands of Turkish Gormiti fans with a special month-long promotion running through the school holidays.

A dedicated Gormiti event will be held at Istanbul's Beylikduzu Migros shopping centre. It will take place over five weekends from July 2nd.

Workshops will aim to teach fans about the importance of the environment, with themes based around the Gormiti Lords and the four tribes - Forest, Air, Earth and Sea.

Costume characters will also be in attendance, with marketing support including the distribution of flyers and over 1.5 million direct mailings to families before and during the event.

"This unique activity demonstrates how the philopsophy and story lines behind Gormiti can create unique activities," said Graziano Delmaestro, licensing director at Giochi Preziosi. "Turkey has a solid fan base for the property, who will be exposed to the magic of Gormiti in a completely different way."
