In a busy week for licensing industry people moves, MGA Entertainment has appointed Tina-Louise Foster as its new senior director of international licensing EMEA.

Foster (nee Phipps) will be based in the UK office and will be working closely with MGA's licensing agents and retail partners.

Foster has enjoyed a long career in the licensing business. She joins MGA from DreamWorks Animation where she was head of EMEA licensing and promotions. Prior to that, she was brands director at Celador International.
