Character World is now offering a personalisation service for a wide range of its products.

The licensee has teamed up with Internet Logistics in Sandbach to provide the personalised service and distribution of items to consumers across the UK.

Visitors to the firm's website can add a child's name to a variety of products including fleece blankets, towels and ponchos.

Characters and licences available include Peppa Pig ponchos, plus Boofle, Chuggington and Star Wars towels.

"Kids love to see their names written on their belongings, so we're expecting the personalisation service to be a big hit," said Danny Schweiger, joint MD at Character World. "It'll certainly stop any mix ups at the beach, swimming pool or sleepovers.

"We're always looking at ways to enhance and develop products and we'll be introducing a number of new products and ranges in the coming months."
