Norwegian-based kids' TV production company, CreaCon Entertainment has launched its flagship show, City of Friends in the UK.

Alongside the UK launch on Five's Milkshake block, CreaCon has kicked off the licensing drive, appointing Parthenon Entertainment and Plus Licens to manage its UK and worldwide licensing distribution.
