m4e ties up with Premiere

German firm to create licensing and merchandising drive for pay TV operator.
German brand management and media company m4e and pay TV operator Premiere have secured a deal for brand licensing and merchandising.
m4e will now be responsible for the Premiere brand and its own channels. As a result of the agreement, in 2008/2009 m4e expects turnover in the high six-figure range.
"We are delighted about the cooperation with Premiere," said Hans Ulrich Stoef, CEO of m4e. "As the leading pay-TV operator in Germany and Austria, this media partner offers a huge potential for media-supported licence and merchandising concepts. As a result of the cooperation, we are consequently further expanding our media cooperation business."
