CN names new French territory manager

Strategic appointment complements existing structure of firm.
Cartoon Network Enterprises has hired Camille Thelu as its French territory manager, complementing the existing positions in Northern Europe, Spain, Italy and the UK.
Thelu joins the firm from Lagardere Active where he was responsible for licensing and merchandising products.
At Cartoon Network, he will be responsible for managing the development of the company's regional licensing programmes in France, working with licensing agent, Canal Plus.
Thelu will also play a significant part in co-ordinating the implementation of master toy deals, such as Bandai's Ben 10 licence, and build up market presence of the current portfolio of properties.
Alan Fenwick, VP of Cartoon Network Enterprises for EMEA, said: "We are thrilled to have Camille on board and feel he will be a great asset in developing our properties across France and EMEA."
