The successful candidate will have five years experience minimum and have a great knowledge of licensees and retailers across various product groups.

Responsibilities will include developing licensing programmes for Smiley Collection, Smiley and Smileyworld; implementing strategic licensed product launch plans; and managing licensing agreements with consumer product manufacturers as well as direct-to-retail partnerships.
