Global brand licensing firm Beanstalk has added several brands to its client base, including American Honda Motor Co.
The company announced the signings during this week’s Licensing International Expo in Las Vegas.
The North American subsidiary of Japanese car manufacturer Honda has selected Beanstalk to develop and manage its US licensing program for its car, motorcycle and parts divisions. Beanstalk will work on lifestyle programs at retail for the car giant.
Beanstalk also added Bigelow Tea to its roster, which is the US’ No.1 specialty tea brand and sells over 1bn cups of tea each year. Bigelow personal care and beauty products will be produced.
In addition to these, Beanstalk is also working with British fashion designer Matthew Williamson to develop his brand’s international licensing program, with fragrance, eyewear, footwear, luggage, clothing and homeware products planned.
Finally, a licensing program is in development for tween online game and social network MovieStarPlanet. This has 40m users across 11 countries.
