Stars turn out for Nickelodeon awards, with big winners including Hannah Montana, Ratatouille, Avatar and Harry Potter.

The 2008 Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards took place in the US at the weekend, with over 88 million children casting their votes across 18 categories.

More than doubling last year's record, 88,254,272 children cast their votes between March 3rd and 29th across three websites and, for the first time, via Nick's new mobile website.

Hosted by School of Rock star Jack Black, the awards saw Hannah Montana star Miley Cyrus (pictured) crowned as favourite female singer and favourite TV actress.
