Licensed superhero video game hits UK shelves this Friday.
Lego Batman 2: DC Super Heroes will be released on Friday, June 22nd, Warner Bros has confirmed.
The boxed video game is the sequel to Lego Batman: The Videogame, which has sold over 11m units worldwide to date.
Kids and players can team up with Batman and Robin in the original Lego adventure, as well as other superheroes like Green Lantern, The Flash, Superman and Wonder Woman.
“Fans of all ages are in for a real comical treat with LEGO Batman 2: DC Super Heroes, as the game brings iconic DC Comics characters to life in a brand new story set in a massive open-world Gotham City,” said TT Games MD Tom Stone.
“The game delivers a fun-filled Lego adventure never seen before with talking Lego minifigures and unique elements such as flying through Gotham City as Superman.”
The game has been developed by TT Games and is available on Xbox 360 and PS3 with a £44.99 SRP, Wii and DS with a £29.99 SRP, PlayStation Vita and Nintendo 3DS with a £39.99 SRP, and on PC with a £19.99 SRP. A Mac version will follow.
