New partners beamed up for Star Trek

Danilo, iG Accessories, Pyramid and Zeon signed up to sci-fi franchise by CPLG.

A further four partners have been added to the Star Trek licensing programme.

CPLG has signed up Danilo, iG Accessories, Pyramid and Zeon for the CBS sci-fi property.

Danilo will produce greeting cards and calendars; iG Accessories will develop mobile phone and video games accessories; Pyramid will roll out wall art; and Zeon will have a line of products including watches, clocks, torches and tinned mints.

"Bringing four major new partners on board in the shape of Danilo, iG Accessories, Pyramid and Zeon confirms Star Trek's ongoing status as one of the strongest brands on the global market - something that is exemplified by the forthcoming Destination Star Trek at London's ExCeL this October," said Stephen Mills, category manager for gifts and paper products at CPLG.

"The event, the first of its kind in Europe, will provide fans and the licensing community with a fantastic opportunity to view the incredible depth of material associated with the property."
