7-Up for Disney

Channel grabs broadcast rights for 7Pets from Ypsilon Films.
Following the recent acquisition by V-Me in the US, Disney Channel Spain has just acquired the broadcast rights to 7Pets from Ypsilon Films.
7Pets - which is produced by Pets Entertainment - will begin broadcasting next May on Playhouse Disney, and will later broadcast on the Disney Channel in Spain.
The series follows the adventures of seven baby animals that live in a cave and learn from each other the values of teamwork, confidence, courage, dedication, acceptance and friendship.
It is aimed at children between three and seven and combines puppets with live action and 3D animation.
Elsewhere, Ypsilon has inked a new deal in the US with HD children's channel Animalia for pre-school series Nanigugu.
