There are sure to be some sore heads this morning, following last night's glittering Licensing Awards ceremony at Grosvenor House Hotel in London.

Approaching 1,300 retailers, licensees, licensors and suppliers attended the event to honour the industry's highest achievers, with Russell Kane taking charge of proceedings.

"What a fantastic night for the licensing industry," said Ian Hyder, director of The Licensing Awards. "It is absolutely extraordinary how much everyone 'brought to the party' this year. It is great to shine the spotlight on so many great achievements in licensing."
