Allsorts Licensing brings Yoga Dogs to the UK

Hit US brand to launch with calendars, greeting cards, posters, giftware and gift books.

Allsorts Licensing will be using next month's Brand Licensing Europe to introduce the Yoga Dogs property.

Already a hit in the US, Yoga Dogs is a collection of photographs of numerous breeds doing various yoga poses. It was created by Dan Borris and is licensed in the US by Looking Good Licensing. Allsorts is handling the European launch, kicking off with the UK.

The animals are doing a variation of actual yoga poses in the shots with the assistance of the photographers's wife, who is a professional yoga instructor.

The brand has already enjoyed success in the calendar sector, and was the second best selling title on Calendars.com for two years running. Greetings cards, other dated products, plush, wall décor, back to school products and gift items for pets and humans are also available in the US.

In addition, a high-end large format coffee table book will be published by Harry Abrams in 2012, while puzzles, prints and posters, along with a number of novelty items will also be available. A range of upper body apparel, adults and children's tees are also currently being designed, while the photographs themselves continue to evolve with new treatments.

In the UK, Allsorts has already secured calendars, greetings cards, posters, giftware and gift books.
