Another sponsor signs on for Light Fund swim

Grani & Partners pledges £2,000 for the team's protective predator vests.

The Light Fund has revealed the latest high profile sponsor for its charity swim around Malta - Grani & Partners (part of the Prezioso Group based in Italy) will sponsor the team's protective predator vests to the tune of £2,000.

The firm is a leading name in corporate gadgets, promotional merchandise and licensed premiums, counting many household names in its portfolio.

The seven day trip - including five days of swimming - kicks off on Saturday May 17th, finishing on Friday May 23rd. It takes place in open water around the Maltese Islands of Gozo, Comino and Malta - meaning the protective vests will be a welcome addition.

The Brand Licensing Europe and Smiffy's Maltese Islands sponsored swim for the Light Fund has already raised well over £25,000. It now has a target of £40,000, which 4Kids' Stephen Gould (organiser and swimmer) believes is more than reachable, and a great encouragement to the team.

"With every new sponsor comes a reminder that the industry is behind us all the way," he said. "It's a great boost to feel that we have major names like Grani & Partners backing our efforts."
