Firm to develop lifestyle licensing programme for British luxury fashion brand.

Beanstalk is looking to move premium fashion brand, Jaeger, into a number of new lifestyle categories, including fragrance, sunglasses, footwear, childrenswear and homewares.

The deal marks an important step in accelerating the growth strategy of the Jaeger brand.

"We are proud to be working with Jaeger, one of Britain's most respected fashion brands," said Ciarán Coyle, Beanstalk's international MD. "Jaeger has undergone a revival and has reclaimed its rightful position at the forefront of British fashion.

"We look forward to building on this success through the acquisition of premium lifestyle partners within the brand's licensing programme."

Belinda Earl, Jaeger's group chief executive, added: "The partnership with Beanstalk cements our ambition and strategy to leverage the strong fashion lifestyle elements of the Jaeger brand."
