BLE 2011: Bang on the Door readies for strong show

Firm looking to extend FABric Animals brand in UK, while it will also showcase recent deals.

Bang on the Door will be supporting its UK agent - Start Licensing - at Brand Licensing Europe later this month, as it looks to further build on recent successful deals.

The firm has inked a deal for FABric Animals stickers for UK charity Blue Cross. BOTD is keen to build the property following the success of Bluebird Brands' gifts and accessories range in the territory.

Elsewhere, Carrots UK's Pony Girls equestrian apparel and accessories continues to do well, while Cotton Crosses has just launched five BOTD designs into stitch craft.

Mothercare's direct to retail international deal continues to be strong, with the retailer currently developing range ten for BOTD. Personalised Memento is also looking to grow its range of personalised gifts.

Looking further afield, and Bang on the Door will be exhibiting at Hong Kong Licensing Expo in January 2012 to support its local agent for Asia Pacific, Pacific Licensing. The firm has already signed deals for home furnishings and apparel in Thailand, plus stationery and bags in Indonesia.
