Cartoon Network gears up for arrival of Ben 10 CG movie

Destroy All Aliens set to premiere on channel globally this month.

The first CG animated TV movie featuring the popular Ben 10 character is set to have its global premiere on Cartoon Network this month.

Ben 10: Destroy All Aliens will debut in Asia Pacific on March 11th and in the US on March 23rd. It will screen across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Latin America during March and April, including the UK on April 7th.

Featuring the original voice actors from the Ben 10 animated series, the movie is a collaboration between Cartoon Network Asia and Cartoon Network Studios US.

"This movie has been a truly global effort for Cartoon Network and will transport viewers from all corners of the world to a whole new galaxy, as Ben upgrades his alien adventures with unexpected twists," said Silas Hickey, regional creative director of Turner Broadcasting System Asia Pacific, and executive producer of the film. "The finished product is simply awesome; from Marty's [Isenberg] clever script, to the 3D modelling, vivid lighting techniques and life like animation, this is a movie premiere that kids won't want to miss."
