Cartoon Network has appointed Pacific Licensing Studio to represent its consumer products division across Southeast Asia.
Under the new partnership, Pacific Licensing Studio will will work to drive the licensing business regionally for global franchises such as The Powerpuff Girls, Ben 10, We Bare Bears and Adventure Time.
The announcement arrives as Cartoon Network gears up for the reimagined return of two major properties in 2016 – Ben 10 and The Powerpuff Girls – both equipped with an all-new consumer products program.

The deal stretches across Southeast Asia including major markets such as Taiwan, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and the Philippines.

The Powerpuff Girls licensing program is one of Cartoon Network’s top-grossing franchises ever, having generated more than $2.5 billion in retail sales since its debut. Ben 10, meanwhile, has seen a successful toy, interactive and home entertainment line-up help it to generate $4.5 billion in global retail sales to date.
