CBeebies' Go Jetters grows its licensing portfolio

BBC Worldwide has secured a raft of deals covering nightwear, swimwear, stationery and more.

BBC Worldwide has secured a raft of new partners for its hit CBeebies pre-school series Go Jetters.

In a new deal with Aykroyd and TDP, the licensing arm of the BBC will develop a line of new products including nightwear, underwear and swimwear.

Meanwhile, Blue Sky Designs will be creating a range of art and stationery as well as activity products for both Go Jetters and Hey Duggee.

A statement from BBC Worldwide detailed that ‘following changes within the licensing team, these new deals demonstrate its commitment to working with new and existing licensees to develop new ranges and extend its fans enjoyment.’

Go Jetters launched on CBeebies in October last year and follows the adventures of four heroes, Xuli, Kyan, Lars and Foz as well as a disco loving unicorn named Ubercorn as they right the wrongs of the mischievous Grand Master Glitch.

The first toys based on the series will launch this summer courtesy of Fisher-Price and will arrive alongside published titles from Penguin, magazines from Immediate Media and puzzle and games from Ravensburger.
