Successful show format makes the leap into live events in territory.
A three-day 'fashion experience' has hit Sweden after CBS Consumer Products expanded its Next Top Model brand into live events in the country.
A special Sweden's Next Top Model Live event ran in April in Stockholm. This followed in the footsteps of American's Next Top Model Live in Toronto and Britain's Next Top Model Live in London.
Fans of the show were able to catch up with contestants who were interviewed on the main stage. There were also free makeovers available, industry experts to give beauty advice and the chance to find out how to break into the world of modelling.
"At its heart, the Next Top Model brand is about making fashion accessible to everyone," said Liz Kalodner, EVP and general manager of CBS Consumer Products. "Putting the franchise in a live setting is an engaging way of doing this, and if the success of our London show is any indication, this is going to continue to be a hit."
