Penguin players spent more than 13 million hours dressing up and trick-or-treating in the virtual world.
Disney’s kids virtual world Club Penguin experienced its highest trafficked day of the year during its annual Halloween Party which ran from October 18th to 31st.
The Halloween Party – inspired by Disney theme parks – let players dress up their penguins in spooky costumes and engage in a range of Halloween themed activities, including trick-or-treating.
Over the event kids dressed their characters in more than five million costumes and accessories, resulting in more than 13 million hours of play.
The Halloween event follows a successful Marvel party and a Shake It Up integration over the summer.
