Bulldog adds duo to licensing programme for popular character.
The licensing drive for Monkey is continuing to grow, with Bulldog adding a further two partners.
The ITV Digital and PG Tips ad star has now been signed up by Danilo - for greetings cards and calendars - and Bluebird Brands, which will produce a wide range of products including fashion bags, laptop bags, plush bags and purses, plus homewares such as aprons, hot water bottles, mugs and tea towels.
Posh Paws (plush) and GB Eye (posters) are already on board.
"These new deals are evidence of the huge excitement surrounding Monkey in licensing circles," said Rob Corney, MD of Bulldog. "We are currently in talks with a range of other prospective partners from the mobile content to the gift sectors and are receiving particularly strong interest from publishing and apparel."
