The media company that owns the rights for Teletubbies and Peanuts has put itself up for sale.
DHX Media has launched a strategic review, listing itself for sale following disappointing financial results this year.
Earlier this year the firm purchased a controlling stake in Snoopy and Peanuts brands for $345 million, as well as Strawberry Shortcake, which joined Teletubbies in its stable of brands.
"There can be no assurance that the exploration of strategic alternatives will result in a transaction," the Canadian company said in a statement.
The company is now exploring a possible sale of the company or a merger, to prop up the disappointing results.
In recent years the firm has further bolstered their library by acquiring Canadian rival Cookie Jar Entertainment, along with the Arthur, Caillou, and Care Bears properties. They also own Teletubbies creators Ragdoll Worldwide.
