Firm introduces new brand identity to be used across all of its entertainment and distribution operations.
Entertainment One (eOne) has also moved from London’s Alternative Investment Market (AIM) to the Main List of the London Stock Exchange.
Coinciding with the move, eOne introduced the new brand identity.
The film, television, music and distribution operations will now operate under the Entertainment One banner, incorporating the new logo (pictured) and adopting the following names:
E1 Entertainment → Entertainment One (eOne)
E1 Television → Entertainment One Television (eOne Television)
E1 Film → Entertainment One Film (eOne Film)
E1 Music → Entertainment One Music (eOne Music)
E1 Distribution → Entertainment One Distribution (eOne Distribution)
Scott Macfadyen, director of corporate communications at Entertainment One commented: "We are anticipating that our new visual identity will clearly link our various global operations to our publicly traded parent company.
"Establishing this connection will assist us as we strive to broaden our shareholder base and further enhance shareholder value."
