The collection has been inspired by the upcoming movie Ice Age: Collision Course, and spans dresses, coats, jackets and sleeveless vests.
Fashion designer Sergey Sysoev is teaming up with Twentieth Century Fox Consumer Products to develop a fashion collection for 2016/17 inspired by the upcoming movie Ice Age: Collision Course.
The collection features characters and motifs from the new film, and will make its debut on 26th March at Moscow Fashion Week.
Sysoev said: “I was inspired by my sons Stepan and Luka’s favorite Ice Age characters; the acorn obsessed squirrel Scrat and the tough saber tooth tiger Diego.
“It’s these characters who brought the fun and playful mood to the collection. Characters jump onto coats and dresses all of a sudden staying there as printed applications. The smile is inevitable when colliding; this is my answer to the question of duality of life. It’s philosophy in a nutshell.”
30 looks have been created in the collection, featuring dresses, coats, jackets and sleeveless vests that depict surfaces of planets and meteorites.
