Peers Hardy to launch range in autumn/winter 2013, including 'So Freaking Hot' candle.

Licensing agency Caroline Mickler has announced its gifts and jewellery partner for Fifty Shades of Grey.

Peers Hardy will produce a line of gifts 'appealing to women of all ages' which will launch in autumn/winter 2013.

It includes mugs, notebooks, a laptop case, Kindle cover, keyrings, a lockable secrets box and candles, all featuring quotes and content from the popular books. For example, one product is a 'So Freaking Hot' candle (pictured).

The raunchy Shades of Grey book trilogy has sold 40 million copies worldwide, with Fifty Shades of Grey the fastest-selling paperback of all time.

12 million copies in the series have been sold in the UK to date, with Shades of Grey selling over 5.3 million copies alone, making it the best-selling book in the UK since records began.

A statement read: "We may not all have a Mr Grey, but every girl deserves a touch of luxury."

Phil Verrills, Sales Director for Peers Hardy Gifts, said: "We are delighted to have concluded this deal and to be involved with such a huge publishing phenomenon.

"With the success the brand has already achieved, we are confident our gift range will excite retailers and end consumers across the board."

Caroline Mickler was appointed master licensing agent of Fifty Shades of Grey this summer.
