Atlantyca secures agreements with two of Italy's top game manufacturers.

Italian firm Atlantyca Entertainment has sealed licensing agreements with two of the territory's top game manufacturers to produce new games and ancillary products for Geronimo Stilton Classic.

Board game publisher Editrice Giochi has signed a renewal deal to develop new updated games and original titles for the classic brand. A restyled version of Scrabble and Pictionary are due for a Christmas release.

In addition, a further agreement was inked between the two companies to produce dedicated board games for Geronimo Stilton's spin off brands, fantasy book series Kingdom of Fantasy and character spin off Tea Sister.

Meanwhile, toy company La Nuova F.A.R.O will be producing children's play furniture, accessories, creativity games and arts and crafts based on the Geronimo Stilton character. The products are due to arrive in time for the back to school season this autumn.

"We are proud to be working with a company whose reputation for quality products made in Italy matches the reputation of the imaginative and endearing Geronimo Stilton character," said Maria Giovanna Gurrieri, director of licensing at Atlantyca.
