Former NCP and 4Kids exec becomes SVP strategy and planning, consumer products.
Zodiak Rights has appointed its first SVP strategy and planning for its consumer products arm, with former NCP and 4Kids exec Jennifer Lawlor taking on the position.
Lawlor (pictured) has the wide-ranging remit to devise and oversee the implementation of Zodiak Rights and Zodiak Kids' consumer products and brand strategy across its entire UK portfolio.
She will oversee the global roll out of key brands including Waybuloo, Tic Toc House and Mister Maker, while she will also have a responsibility for ensuring the consumer products success for future commissions, co-productions and acquisitions.
Lawlor joins from MTV/Nickelodeon Consumer Products where she held the role of VP, emerging markets and business development EMEA. Prior to this, she was VP marketing and licensing for 4Kids Entertainment.
"Jennifer is an absolute key hiring for us as we grow and develop our consumer products business in both the kids and non-kids areas," said Zodiak CEO Matthew Frank. "Her knowledge and experience of rolling out global brands is second to none and I know she will be a major asset to us just as the Zodiak portfolio of brands is expanding so rapidly."
