Lazytown signs raft of new deals

The firm has finalised a number of deals within its growing territories of Portugal and Mexico.

LazyTown has secured a deal with Lemon, its live show partner, to develop talking alarm clocks under a new brand called As Tuas Musicas. The range will include Sportacus and Stephanie singing and talking alarm clocks.

The songs on the clock will represent the core messages from Lazytown about eating fruit and vegetables, going to bed at 8.08, brushing teeth and being active.

The clocks will be available exclusively at FNAC stores for a limited period. They will be on the market from October this year.

Already a licensee for Lazytown in Mexico with backpacks, pencil cases and trolley bags, Photopack has also extended its agreement into Italy.

Europe is a key focus for Photopack and has already established strong retail partnerships looking to launch Lazytown products for back to school 2011 in Italy.

In Benelux, Lazytown has recently signed a DVD deal with Just Bridge Entertainment. The first releases, volumes 1 & 2 are planned for October 12th.
