Aurora World girls' brand adds Blueprint and Vogue International to portfolio.
Stationery and houseware partners have been added to the growing licensing programme for Aurora World's YooHoo & Friends.
Blueprint Collections will be launching a stationery and bag range for autumn/winter 2011 - showcasing it at Spring Fair in February. The initial range will focus on independents, specialist gift stores and department chains.
"We are really excited about launching YooHoo & Friends as, following the success of Aurora's range, we know there is a lot of pent up demand for other YooHoo products in the marketplace," said Helen Webster, licensing and marketing director at Blueprint.
In addition, Vogue International has signed up as housewares licensee. The firm will be launching a lunch bag, glitter dome bubbler, dome pop-up bottle and spinning fun straw featuring the main characters.
Chris Thompson, Vogue MD, commented: "We have been aware of the growing success of YooHoo & Friends and we are thrilled to have the opportunity to offer something for the younger girls, which is currently missing in the licensing arena."
YooHoo & Friends will debut in Redan's Sparkle World title on February 3rd.
Sales of the soft toy line have reached $200m at retail, with UK sales in 2010 showing an increase of 40 per cent on 2009.
