Firm to showcase animated pre-school programmes at Mip Junior and Mipcom in October.

Little Airplane Productions is gearing up to debut two new pre-school shows at Mip Junior in Cannes.

Small Potatoes and Jo B G Raff have both been created by Little Airplane founder, Josh Selig.

Small Potatoes is a short-form series about four potatoes who sing songs as they go on journeys in their imaginations. In each episode they explore a new musical style.

Meanwhile, Jo B G Raff is about two best friends - Jo B and G Raff - who are the co-hosts of their own pre-school show. It will be animated in a brand new style called Soft Toy Animation, which gives the characters the texture and touchability of real stuffed toys.

"I love our new shows," said Selig. "They are hands down the two cutest series we have ever created."

Mip Junior runs on October 3rd and 4th, followed by Mipcom on October 5th to 9th.
