Non-exec chairman has plans to expand firm into IP ownership and international co-productions.
Transmedia animation and design studio Factory TM has appointed the founder of Decode Entertainment, Neil Court, as its new non-executive chairman.
Court will use his background in the international kids' business to help build the company's IP ownership, as well as advising on international co-production deals across TV and digital media.
He joins the company's board alongside former Cosgrove Hall execs, MD Phil Chalk, and director Vince James.
Launched in 2010, after taking over the former home of Hot Animation Studios in Altrincham, near Manchester, Factory TM has already worked on the likes of Strange Hill High, Tumble Travels, Raa Raa the Noisy Lion, Roary the Racing Car, Fifi and the Flowertots and Muddle Earth among others.
