Former Emap boss Sir Robin Miller takes the helm, as founder Rod Bransgrove steps down.
Entertainment Rights has a new chairman this afternoon, with former Emap boss Sir Robin Miller taking on the role with immediate effect.
Founder Rod Bransgrove will step down from the board today, having signalled his intention to retire last December.
"Having now established a new executive team and a largely reconstituted board, the time is right for a new chairman," Bransgrove was quoted as saying in City AM.
Sir Robin Miller added: "I look forward to working with the management team on a successful conclusion to the current refinancing, leading to a secure and profitable future as a company."
