But it was the Southern Light Fund team which took the top prize.
Last week's Northern Light Fund Quiz Night broke records for attendance and the amount raised - with over £15,000 notched up for charity.
The St Patrick's Day event - held at The Lowry Hotel in Manchester - was won by the Southern Light Fund team, comprised of representatives from Max Publishing, LIMA, Rainbow, Start Licensing, License to PR, DRi Licensing and Karen Addison Associates.
Warner Brothers and its Emerald Wizards team was just a point behind (83), however, followed by William Shatner Face and the Klingons (Imagine8 and Bon Bon Buddies) with 82 points.
Down at the other end of the table, The Wooden Spoon trophy went to Wilmslow Warriors (Wesco and Zeon), who could only notch up 49 points.
More than 300 people took part in the quiz from a host of big name licensing companies.
"This was undoubtedly a vintage year for the Northern Light Fund Quiz," said Max Arguile, licensing manager at GB eye and part of the 'Northern Monkeys' Light Fund contingent. "Donations are still being counted, but it looks like we've raised in excess of £15,000, so a massive thank you to everyone for taking part."
Fellow Northern Monkey, Martin Lowe from Roy Lowe & Sons, added: "It's fantastic that even in these tough times, folks working within the licensing industry are still digging deep and showing such generosity for our chosen deserving charities.
"We look forward to welcoming everyone back up north again next year."
