Panini rolls out Scooby sticker packs

Licensing programme for evergreen brand continues to grow with new sticker collection.

Panini has launched the Scooby Doo World Sticker Collection, further adding to the licensing push for the popular Warner Bros brand.

There are 204 stickers to collect, including 36 special stickers. The album costs just 99 pence and the sticker packs are 35 pence each.

The album sees Scooby-Doo and Mystery Inc embark on a trip round the world, with children being able to learn about Gods in Greece, solve puzzles in Paris, samba in South America and meet Martians on the moon through its pages.

Panini's promotional activities surrounding the launch of the collection have included covermounting albums and packets on the official Scooby-Doo Magazine (also published by Panini) and a contra deal with Warner Bros Home Entertainment.

This included an exclusive sticker tie-in available with Scooby-Doo and the Goblin King on DVD.

Regional radio campaigns, press competitions and various sampling activities are also taking place.
