Nick Jr.'s property PAW Patrol is making its way to theaters across the UK and Ireland in September, with PAW Patrol Live! Race to the Rescue.
September 2017 dates in Glasgow, Belfast and Dublin have been announced with performances in England and Wales set to be confirmed in the coming weeks.
PAW Patrol Live is presented by Life Like Touring, Vstar Entertainment and Nickelodeon and is based on the Nick Jr. property.
Current confirmed tour dates are:
Friday 1st to Sunday 3rd September, 2017 - SECC Clyde Auditorium, Glasgow
Tuesday 5th to Thursday 7th September - SSE Arena, Belfast,
Friday 8th to Sunday 10th September - Bord Gais Energy Theatre, Dublin
“PAW Patrol is the UK’s top pre-school property and we know that families have been eagerly awaiting a live show,” commented Alison Bakunowich, general manager at Nickelodeon UK and Ireland.
“With Race to the Rescue we are growing the potential of the property; taking it beyond the screen and giving audiences an opportunity to experience and interact with PAW Patrol in a way that hasn’t been available before.”
“Using Bunraku, puppetry elements are built into costumes worn by real actors to create a wonderful combination of life-sized pups and to make a stronger connection with the audience," added Jim Waters, producer at VStar Entertainment Group.
"The PAW Patrol cast sings and dances, which brings a fun, realistic parallel between the animated series and the live show.”
