Former HMV man, Graham Sim, takes on role from July 4th.
Penguin has appointed a new creative director for its Children's Division.
Graham Sim will take on the role from July 4th, reporting to Penguin UK CEO Tim Weldon and Penguin Children's MD, Francesca Dow.
Sim will lead the children's marketing and publicity team, working closely with editorial colleagues on brand strategy for the division.
He joins Penguin from HMV where he was group marketing director.
Francesca Dow said of Sim: "With his expertise in brand growth and management, interest in new ways of reaching consumers and building new business models, and his passion for books and design, he brings fresh ambition and learning to the division."
