Limited edition themed t-shirts hit stores in the US based on Universal hit movie.
Universal Partnerships & Licensing and Illumination Entertainment have secured Pharrell Williams as part of the Despicable Me 2 licensing drive.
Grammy Award winner Williams will release 500 Despicable Me 2-themed t-shirts designed by the team at his ICECREAM clothing line.
Williams has also composed and produced songs and themes for the soundtrack, after having worked on the original film.
The ICECREAM tees showcase a number of collaborative designs featuring the Minions stylised with ICECREAM's skateboard and graphic sensibilities.
The tees debuted at the Billionaire Boys Club New York City flagship store back in June, selling out in the first two hours.
"It's all about the Minions, baby!" said Williams.
