Plus Licens is to represent online social gaming site Stardoll for merchandising, promotion and publishing rights for the brand in the Nordic countries and Central and Eastern Europe.

The firm will collaborate with Stardoll to bring the brand to life through apparel, dolls, board games and other products.

The site is dedicated to fashion, making friends, shopping and creativity. It is available in 28 languages and has more than 30 million monthly unique visitors to the site.

"We're very excited to be partnering with Plus Licens and recognise this will offer Stardoll members a vastly richer experience where they live," said Carla Masters, head of Stardoll Licensing. "We're confident that our brand is in the right hands with Plus Licens and the products they will take to market will resonate with girls locally."

Sofia Neumuller, brand manager for Stardoll at Plus Licens, added: "Given the enormous popularity of Stardoll with more than 150 million members around the world, bringing the Stardoll brand to life on a local level presents an exceptional opportunity to make millions of teen girls happy when they find Stardoll is available where they live."
