Six members of sales and marketing team complete the British 10K London Run.

A team of six execs from mascot manufacturer and events firm Rainbow Productions successfully completed the British 10K at the weekend - so far raising £1,732.54 for The Light Fund.

Chris Stanton, Danny Smith, Georgina Huckle, Helen Ede, Kelly Morrison and Simon Foulkes all finished the 6.2-mile road race route, starting on Piccadilly and taking in Trafalgar Square, St paul's Cathedral and Westminster Abbey along the way.

The quickest male from the team was sales executive Chris Stanton, notching up a time of 47:48, while sales and marketing executive, Georgina Huckle, was the fastest female with a time of 01:10:31.

Team captain Kelly Morrison said: "Despite us knowing for months that the race was taking place in July, I don't think any of us actually expected there to be a heat wave. The race was a challenge for some more than others, but I'm pleased to say the whole team dug deep; our supporters also dug deep into their pockets, helping us raise over £1,700 for The Light Fund."
