New division of the famous publishing company joins the trade body.
Random House Enterprises – part of Random House Group - is the latest publisher to join the licensing industry’s trade body LIMA.
The newly created division has joined LIMA UK to benefit from its support, information and networking opportunities, both in the UK and internationally.
Random House Enterprises (RHE) has been set up to pursue opportunities for the Group to extend its reach beyond publishing into areas including TV, film, merchandising, gaming, live events and sponsorship. RHE works with the Group’s publishing companies to take authors and their works to a wider consumer audience through mutually beneficial partnerships.
Jo Edwards, head of licensing, Random House Enterprises, said: “Our company is privileged to work with many award-winning authors and a huge breadth of content. We have ambitious plans to grow our licensing business and build strategic partnerships with both licensees and retailers.”
