Pacific Rim and and Lost In Space will be the main focus for the firm as it looks for toy, apparel and poster partners.
Rocket Licensing has been appointed by Legendary Entertainment to manage the UK licensing for a number of its major properties, beginning with Pacific Rim Uprising.
The 2018 follow-up to the hit science fiction action movie, Pacific Rim, joins the upcoming remake of the 1960s science fiction series, Lost in Space.
Pacific Rim Uprising is scheduled for release on March 23rd 2018 bringing with it a fresh cast as wells as a diverse blend of fan-favourite character and new faces such as John Boyega, Scott Eastwood, Callee Spanny and Charlie Day.
Rocket will now be looking for partners across categories spanning toys, posters and apparel.
Meanwhile, Lost in Space is a reimagining of the original family space adventure first aired in the 1960s. A Marquee Netflix original title with a planned release date of June next year, the show updates the 1960s concept for a modern audience.
Legendary Entertainment is a leading media company with film, TV and digital as well as comics divisions dedicated to delivering content to mainstream audiences. The firm has built a library of media properties over recent years.
