Something Special gets a CBeebies microsite

Aardman Digital creates the website to mark the show's 100th episode.

To make the site as accessible as possible, the show's star Mr Tumble uses the Makaton signing language during a range of games and interactive activities.

Aardman Digital, part of Aardman Animations, says the microsite is aimed at children with learning difficulties but can be enjoyed by all children within the CBeebies age range.

Lorna Probert, head of Aardman Digital, said: "We’ve been lucky enough to work with the BBC across numerous campaigns before, but we’re honoured to have been working on such a major CBeebies series.

"Something Special has been an incredibly unique and inspiring project to work on, allowing us to produce an online resource that we know will have a hugely positive impact on many children’s lives."
