Micah Southwood has been appointed to the newly created role as the firm continues to expand operations across the globe.
The Fred Rogers Company has expanded its management team in a move to grow its key entertainment brands.
The entertainment company behind popular properties including Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood and Peg + Cat has named Micah Southwood as its new licensing manager.
The position is a newly created role for the marketing professional who will work closely with the firm’s consumer products, business development, finance, marketing and external licensing partners.

“Micah is a creative, hands on professional with a wealth of relevant marketing experience that we will draw upon to enhance our promotional campaigns and expand the success of our brands.”
As licensing manager, Southwood will be responsible for working with existing agents and expand partner relationships as well as grow new licensing opportunities for the company.
Micah boasts a wealth of experience in the field, having held tenure as assistant marketing manager at Allstate as well as promotional execution planner for Sears Holdings.
