Over 35 seminars set to take place from June 10th to 14th at the Mandalay Bay.
With Licensing International Expo now less than a month away, the Licensing University is taking shape, with more than 35 seminars planned, with social media and the digital space taking a starring role.
A key trend in the licensing business currently, a slate of sessions have been specifically designed to help industry execs get to grips with the digital world to achieve even greater leverage for their brands.
Key sessions will include: Maximising Social Media in Toy & Entertainment Licensing (Tuesday, June 12th, 12.30-2pm); Taking a Brand from Digital to Retail (Tuesday, June 12th, 4.30-6pm); Hot Trends in Interactive (Wednesday, June 13th, 12.30-2pm); Converting a Brand into a Social Game: Why and How (Thursday, June 14th, 11-12.30pm).
Speakers and panellists across the week will include Mind Candy's Darran Garnham, Beanstalk's Ciaran Coyle, Mark Caplan, VP Consumer Products at Sony Pictures Entertainment, co-founder of Stardoll, Mattoas Miksche and Marc Mostman of Most Management, the US licensing agent for Angry Birds among others.
