A consumer products program has been announced for the firm’s The Powerpuff Girls, Ben 10, Adventure Time and Steven Universe, and Adult Swim’s Rick and Morty.
Cartoon Network is expanding its consumer products program with a line-up of new licensees for The Powerpuff Girls, Ben 10, Adventure Time and Steven Universe, and Adult Swim’s Rick and Morty.
The firm is set to showcase its new portfolio during the Licensing Expo in Vegas this week, which will include new figures from Funko and sweets from Galerie.
“We’re delighted to reveal our broadest and most varied portfolio to date, providing fans an opportunity to connect with each of our brands through diverse and well curated consumer products programs,” said Pete Yoder, VP of Cartoon Network Enterprises for North America.
“We’re thrilled to be working with a great roster of partners, and fans can expect unique offerings ranging from toys and games to apparel and accessories that will help bring their favourite characters to life.”
Cartoon Network has revealed that The Powerpuff Girls is set to gain a wide range of licensing partners in various categories including Jewelbots who will introduce programmable, interactive friendship bracelets, Sakar International will offer digital cameras, selfie sticks and more, while Bulls I will launch a line of trading cards, slapbands, puzzle erasers and more.
Elsewhere, global master toy partner for Ben 10, Playmates Toys, will introduce figures, play-sets, role-play items and more during autumn 2017.
Astro Gaming will unveil headphone speaker tags in late 2016 for Adventure Time, along with other licensees including Insight Editions and DC Shoes.
Plus, other licensees are getting on board with Steven Universe and Rick and Morty, including the likes of Abrams, Astro Gaming and Dark Horse.
