ITVS GE partners with C&M Licensing to release the new apparel collection based on the 70s disco sensation

ITV Studios Global Entertainment has partnered with C&M Licensing to develop a range of Village People nightwear, underwear and socks.

The new agreement will see the line of apparel based on the Seventies disco group roll out across the UK and Ireland this spring/summer.

C&M Licensing is a joint venture between Cooneen and Misirli UK and complements the existing licensee, Trademark which is launching a range of Village people t-shirts and leisure wear this year.

The collection of nightwear, underwear and socks is expected to be available across a wide range of High Street chain, department stores and online retailers.

Head of global merchandising at ITVS GE, Trudi Hayward, said: “This range brilliantly brings together high-quality apparel and one of the most recognizable names in dance music.

“We’re sure disco fans and lovers of fun clothing will be thrilled with the C&M Licensing Village People range.”

Mike Coles, director, Cooneen Group, added: “These colourful ranges will offer fans the chance to dance, sing or just sleep the night away in the company of one of the biggest disco sensations ever.”
